Cloud's Terms of Service:
* Can draw
- 2D/Anime/Game male, as well as VTuber, OC's or game's character* Can't draw
- Old people, heavy armor, furries, nsfw, mecha (animal ears or tails is fine).
- Difficult details like jewelry or horns.* Payment
- Full payment is required before I start working.
- I will begin the commission once the payment has been successfully received.
- Additional requests outside the original commission may require an extra fee.
- By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.* Refunds
- If payment is not made within 5 days after the invoice is sent, your request will be declined.
- If you do not respond to progress confirmations (such as draft or colored lineart approvals) within 3 days, I will proceed to the next stage of the project as scheduled.
- There WON’T be refunds after the commission is finished.
- There WON’T be refunds after the draft is approved.* Revisions
- I will send WIPs for check-ups, feel free to ask for changes during the sketch.* General and Language
- Please be kind. I study and work full time and art is my hobby/side income. I always do my best to give you the best service that I could.
- My main language is Vietnamese, I'm studying English and Japanese. My English is not good so please don't use difficult words, I may not understand your request. (If you are studying Vietnamese, feel free to use it with me)* Deadline and Delivery
- Turnaround time: 2 weeks
- You get the final artwork through Ko-fi or via email.* Use and IP rights
- This commission is for personal use only. You may use it for profile pictures, social media, and other non-commercial purposes.
- Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or licensing is not allowed without my permission.
- Copyright of the artwork remains with the artist. Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright ownership.
- AI training/generation and NFT-related use are not permitted.
- I may display completed commissions in my portfolio and on social media unless a private commission has been agreed upon beforehand.
